Federal-Mogul Appoints Roger Strelow Associate General Counsel And Director, Environmental AffairsSOUTHFIELD, Mich., Oct. 23 -- Edward W. Gray, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, Federal-Mogul Corporation , announces the appointment of Roger Strelow to the position of associate general counsel and director, environmental affairs, effective immediately. In support of Federal-Mogul's global operations, Strelow will be responsible for policy, compliance and proactive programming in environmental affairs, safety and health. He will also assume responsibility for legal support in these areas and for additional designated projects. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul, Strelow held the position of managing principal, strategic environmental management, with the consulting firm Dames & Moore in San Francisco. He previously was in private law practice in environmental law, served as vice president, environmental programs for General Electric and was assistant administrator, United States Environmental Protection Agency. Strelow earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Law School of the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business administration from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois.
