Aeroquip-Vickers, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

    MAUMEE, Ohio--Oct. 22, 1998--The Board of Directors of Aeroquip-Vickers, Inc. today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share on its common stock, payable on December 15, 1998, to shareholders of record on November 17, 1998.
    Aeroquip-Vickers has paid dividends continuously on its common stock since 1933.
