Oxford Automotive, Inc. Hires New Assistant Treasurer, Bonnie Luternow
TROY, Mich.--Oct. 20, 1998--Oxford Automotive, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Bonnie Luternow as assistant treasurer.In her new position, Luternow will be responsible for the capital analysis, international financing and various treasury functions. This announcement was made by Steven Abelman, president and chief executive officer and Donald Campion, chief financial officer, both of Oxford Automotive, Inc.
Luternow brings extensive automotive experience to Oxford Automotive. She previously held the position of chief financial officer for Mann + Hummel, Inc., a North American start-up operation of a European based automotive supplier. Prior to that, she was the finance director for Cummins Engine Company in Columbus, Ind., and the chief financial officer of their joint venture with Case Corporation. Luternow also spent several years in various financial and treasury functions at General Motors Corporation.
"Bonnie brings to Oxford a strong automotive background and will be a tremendous asset to our finance department," said Campion.
Luternow holds a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Radcliffe College.
