Environmental Systems Products Holdings Inc. Announces Expiration of Tender Offer for The Outstanding 9-1/8% Senior Notes Due 2001 and the Outstanding 9-5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2003 of Envirotest Systems Corp.


    NEW YORK--Oct. 16, 1998--Environmental Systems Products Holdings Inc. ("ESPH") announced today that, as of 11:59 p.m., New York City time on Oct. 15, 1998, the tender offer relating to the outstanding 9-1/8% Senior Notes due 2001 (the "9-1/8% Notes") and the outstanding 9-5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2003 (the "9-5/8% Notes", and together with the 9-1/8% Notes, the "Notes") of Envirotest Systems Corp. ("Envirotest") (AMEX:ENR) had expired.
