Miller Industries Inc. Strengthens Executive Team of RoadOne(TM) Subsidiary

    CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Oct. 14 --  Miller Industries Inc.
announced today that its RoadOne(TM) subsidiary has appointed
Gregory L. Dupuis to the post of Vice President of Acquisitions and
Evan J. Roberts to the newly created position of Director of Sales and
Marketing.  RoadOne is the leading provider of nationwide towing and recovery
services.
    In his new position, Mr. Dupuis will lead the acquisitions group in the
selection and review of candidate companies to continue the expansion of
RoadOne's national network.  Mr. Roberts will direct RoadOne's sales,
advertising, promotions, and marketing development activities.
    Before joining RoadOne, Mr. Roberts was Vice President of Heil
Environmental Industries, a manufacturer of refuse vehicle bodies and a
division of Dover Corporation.  Prior to that Mr. Roberts held various
marketing/sales, distributor development and operations management positions
at several companies in the heavy truck and truck body markets, including
Brenco, Inc., Harsco Corp. and PACCAR Inc.  Mr. Roberts holds a Bachelor of
Science degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle
University.
    Prior to joining RoadOne, Mr. Dupuis, was an Acquisition Associate of
Lincare, Inc., a leading provider of home healthcare services, and was
responsible for the coordination of the company's eastern regional
acquisitions.  Prior to that, he held financial and acquisition management
positions with NMC Homecare, W.R. Grace & Company's Home Healthcare
Subsidiary, and the Conoco Petroleum division of Du Pont, Inc.  Mr. Dupuis
holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Arizona State.
