Liteglow Industries Inc. Announces Acquisition of B & B Associates

    POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--Oct. 14, 1998--Spencer Krumholz, president of Liteglow Industries Inc. (BB:LTGL), announced Wednesday that Liteglow has completed the acquisition of B & B Associates of Van Nuys, Calif., effective as of Sept. 30, 1998.
    B & B manufactures automotive security systems. The product line consists of remote control automotive security products, remote door lock and trunk release systems, remote car starters, and motorcycle alarms, and is marketed under the "Baretta" and "Force" trade names.
    B & B has annual sales of approximately $1.2 million, and with Liteglow's marketing assistance and infusion of capital, should show tremendous growth in 1999. B & B's sales figures will be included in the Sept. 30th numbers, which will be made available as soon as Liteglow finishes filing all required documents to be a reporting company.
    Liteglow will be exhibiting all B & B products along with Liteglow and Lowglow merchandise at the upcoming SEMA/APAA automotive trade show in Las Vegas, the first week in November. This show attracts over 75,000 (trade only) people from all over the world.
