Guide Corporation Signs Agreement to Assume Delphi Automotive Systems Lighting Business

    ANDERSON, Ind., Sept. 29 -- Guide Corporation and Delphi
Automotive Systems of General Motors Corporation today signed definitive and
binding agreements that will lead to the transfer of Delphi's lighting
business to Guide.  The transfer, initially announced on March 10th, is
expected to be completed by November 1.
