Miller Industries Names Howard Kauff Vice Chairman of its RoadOne Subsidiary; Adam Dunayer Named President of RoadOneCHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Sept. 25 -- Miller Industries, Inc. today announced that it has named Howard Kauff to the position of Vice Chairman of RoadOne, the Company's towing services segment. He previously served as President of RoadOne. Adam Dunayer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Miller Industries, will also assume the role of President of RoadOne. In their new positions, Mr. Kauff will focus more on identifying and developing strategic opportunities for RoadOne and maintaining industry relations, while Mr. Dunayer will be responsible for the day to day operations of RoadOne. Jeffrey I. Badgley, Chief Executive Officer of Miller Industries, stated, "Howard is a preeminent leader in the towing industry, and his extensive knowledge and experience allowed us to achieve, ahead of schedule, the first phase of RoadOne's plan - bringing together some of the best towing companies in the industry to form a nucleus for a strong national towing company.
