Grease Monkey Holding Corporation Announces the Resignation of Gary L. Wofford As Senior Vice President of Operations and Development

    DENVER, Sept. 24 -- Grease Monkey Holding Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: GMHC) today announced that Gary L. Wofford, Senior Vice
President of Operations and Development, has resigned his position with the
Company to pursue other opportunities.
    Grease Monkey International, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of the
Company, is one of the nation's largest franchisers of fast lube and oil
change centers.  With 209 centers in the United States and Mexico, of which
33 are company owned, Grease Monkey is one of the largest fast lube and oil
change companies.  In Colorado, there are 53 Grease Monkey centers, of which
19 are company owned.
