First Priority Group Receives Major Fleet Contract
    PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Sept. 23 -- First Priority Group, Inc.
, reported today that its National Fleet Service division has
received a three year contract to administer auto collision and subrogation
services for one of the nation's largest corporate fleets.
    "This contract is one of the largest we have signed, and it should make a
significant contribution to overall sales and earnings," said Barry Siegel,
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Priority Group.  Mr. Siegel
said, "The company is a major corporation with operations nationwide."  In
addition he stated, "The process of bringing all the fleet's vehicles into the
program would extend throughout the fourth quarter."  National Fleet Service,
First Priority Group's largest division, currently administers fleet auto
collision programs for some of America's most prestigious companies.
    First Priority Group is primarily engaged directly and through its wholly
owned subsidiaries in nationwide managed auto care services for self-insured
