Vastera Signs Gateway International Trade Logistics and Regulatory Compliance Key for Gateway
DULLES, Va.--Sept. 18, 1998--Vastera, the leading provider of international trade logistics solutions, Friday announced that Gateway , a Fortune 500 company and global leader in the direct marketing of personal computers, signed a licensing agreement for the Vastera EMS-2000(R) import/export solution.The software and services agreement involves 50 users in the United States, Singapore and Ireland. The Vastera software will integrate with JD Edwards WorldSoftware(TM) and OneWorld(TM) as well as i2 software for global supply chain management.
