Donnelly Welcomes Timothy L. Oglesby as Vice President and Chief Information OfficerHOLLAND, Mich., Sept. 17 -- Timothy L. Oglesby has joined Donnelly Corporation as vice president and chief information officer. Oglesby, 41, has more than 18 years of information technology experience. In his new position, Oglesby is responsible for the development, implementation and operation of the company's information technology systems. "In large part, Donnelly's ability to compete as an automotive supplier depends on our ability to use the tools of information technology to their full capabilities," said Dwane Baumgardner, Donnelly chairman and chief executive officer. "I am convinced the depth of knowledge and experience Tim brings to our company will both improve our day-to-day operations and advance the ways Donnelly will use information technologies in the future." Oglesby has spent the past 18 years in increasingly responsible information-technology positions in various companies. Most recently, he worked as chief information officer in the small ticket leasing segment within General Electric Capital Services. Before that, he was vice president of corporate management information services at Trinity Industries Incorporated. Prior to Trinity, he worked as chief of systems and support within the information technology department for Northrop-Grumman Aircraft Company. A Texas native, Oglesby earned two bachelor's degrees from McMurry University. He is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery.
