NationsRent, Inc. Announces Don O'Neal as PresidentFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 14 -- NationsRent, Inc. today announced that Don O'Neal will become President of the Company. O'Neal has served as President of A-1 Rental in Ft. Worth, Texas since 1985 and has been in the equipment rental business for over 30 years. NationsRent also announced a definitive agreement to combine operations with A-1 Rental. James Kirk, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said, "Don O'Neal's experience and leadership brings a great deal of added value to our Company. A-1 Rental was founded by Don O'Neal's parents, Ray and Ellen O'Neal, in 1956. Don O'Neal graduated from the University of Texas in 1969 with a BBA in Finance, has served on the Board of Directors of the American Rental Association and is a past President of the Texas Rental Association.
