PACCAR Announces Dividends
BELLEVUE, Wash.--Sept. 14, 1998--Mark C. Pigott, chairman and chief executive officer of PACCAR Inc, announced today that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 15 cents per share, payable on Dec. 4, 1998, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 19, 1998.
PACCAR, a $6.5 billion company, is a leader in the design, development and manufacture of high-quality, light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF, Leyland and Foden nameplates. It also provides financial services and distributes truck parts related to its principal business. In addition, the Bellevue-based company manufactures industrial winches and sells general automotive parts and accessories through its retail outlets.
