Laforza Automobiles, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 1998 Financial Results

    SAN DIEGO, Sept. 9 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LFZA) announced  financial results for its third quarter
1998 ending March 31, 1998.  For the third quarter of fiscal 1998 the company
reported a net loss of $255,325.05 or $.10 per share on 2,447,000 shares
outstanding.  The company was not public at this time last year.
    During the third quarter of fiscal 1998 revenues were $116,616.94, a 68%
increase over second quarter 1998 results of $79,061.76.  Revenues during the
third quarter of fiscal 1998 consisted of retail sales of the 1989 model
Laforza SUV to private buyers.  In addition, the company received rental
income from tenants in their new facility.  All of the above results are
unaudited.
    During this period, the company unveiled the new 1998 model Laforza at the
1998 Los Angeles Auto show.
    *  Laforza closed escrow on their 65,000 square foot production,
distribution, and administration facility located in Escondido, CA.
    *  The company entered into a franchise agreement with a third Lamborghini
dealership to sell the new version 1998 model Laforza SUV.
