ORBIT/FR, Inc. Reports on Resignation of the CEO
    HORSHAM, Pa., Sept. 4 -- ORBIT/FR, Inc. ,
reports today that Mr. Aryeh Trabelsi has resigned from his position as CEO
and President of the company to pursue other business opportunities.  ORBIT's
board of directors has accepted Mr. Trabelsi's resignation regretfully and
expressed its appreciation for Mr. Trabelsi's substantial contribution to the
company.  Mr. Trabelsi will continue to serve as a director of the company and
will assist the company's management in the transition period and in its
search for a new CEO.
    ORBIT/FR, Inc. develops, markets and supports sophisticated automated
microwave test and measurement systems for the wireless communication,
satellite, automotive and aerospace/defense industries.
