Valdor Corporation Announces It has Changed Its Name to Pear Technologies Inc. and is Now Trading Under the New Symbol OTC/NASD:PEAR

    GREENVILLE, S.C.--Sept. 3, 1998--Valdor Corporation is pleased to announce it has changed its name to Pear Technologies Inc. subsequent to the acquisition of its wholly owned subsidiary Pear Industries Corp. The company previously traded under the ticker symbol VALD and will now trade as PEAR.
