WHO:              Eurasia Motor Corporation

WHAT:             Media and Dealer Conference Reception to introduce 
                  vehicles for the new millennium designed for the 
                  U.S. market. Eurasia's GAZELLE models include SUV's,
                  lightweight pick-up truck, 2 and 4 door sedans. 
                  Vehicles will be on display. Test drives will be 
                  available.

                  Full press materials will be issued at the event.

WHEN:             Monday, August 31st at the Portland Marriott,
                  Portland, Maine.
