Rhein Chemie Hires Eaton, Schmitt and Wischmann in Rubber Business Unit
TRENTON, N.J.--(AutomotiveWire)--Aug. 21, 1998--Rhein Chemie announced the hiring of Tom Eaton as Sales Representative, Rubber Business Unit, Tom Schmitt as Senior Sales Representative, Rubber Business Unit and Randy Wischmann as Product Manager, Release Agents. All three will report to Jack Dorazio, Director of the Rhein Chemie Rubber Business Unit.Tom Eaton is responsible for rubber sales within Rhein Chemie territories 6 & 7. Tom is a 1971 graduate from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a degree in business, majoring in management. He began his career in the rubber industry in 1973, selling carbon black and synthetic rubber.
Tom Schmitt is responsible for sales in the Midwest Region, extending from western Michigan and western Indiana to the Rocky Mountains. Tom will also be responsible for business management in the western states. Tom comes to Rhein Chemie after 10 years at Goodyear Chemical.
Randy Wischmann is responsible for Rhein Chemie Release Agent production and sales. Randy has been in the silicone chemical engineering industry for over 25 years. He has worked with Wacker Silicones since 1982 and has recently focused on rubber products, particularly the tire release agent market.
Rhein Chemie Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer Company located in Ewing Business Park, manufactures and sells additives and specialty products for the rubber, plastics and lubricant oil industries. The Company, with sales of $52.5 million in 1997, employs 140 people in the Trenton area.
