UNOVA Plans Acquisition of Cincinnati Milacron's Machine Tool Group; Combined $1.4 Billion Operation to Become Largest Manufacturing Systems Company in North America

    BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--Aug. 21, 1998--Today, UNOVA, Inc. announced plans to acquire Cincinnati Milacron's Machine Tool Group.
