BMW Of North America Chooses Tact and Crystal for Complete Y2K Solution


    HERZILIYA, Israel--August 19, 1998--Crystal Systems Solutions , a leading provider of software conversion tools and services and The A Consulting Team, Inc. ("TACT") , announced today that BMW of North America, Inc. ("BMW NA") awarded them a project to provide the automotive manufacturer with a comprehensive Year 2000 ("Y2K") solution. The project is expected to last approximately twelve months and require approximately 90,000 consultant hours and the usage of the C-MILL tool.
    "BMW of North America, Inc. already has a comprehensive Year 2000 program and is working to achieve compliance by mid 1999. We are confident that with TACT as a key partner on this project, BMW NA will achieve it's goals and enter the new millennium with completely functional systems," said Thomas VanWort, Manager, MIS of BMW of North America.
    TACT will utilize Crystal Systems Solutions services, the C-MILL software and methodology throughout this project. Crystal is TACT's strategic partner for delivering Y2K remediation.
