Harley-Davidson, Inc. Announces that Donna F. Zarcone has Been Named President and Chief Operating Officer of Eaglemark Financial Services, Inc.

    MILWAUKEE, Aug. 17 -- Harley-Davidson, Inc.
announced today that Donna F. Zarcone has been named president and chief
operating officer of Eaglemark Financial Services, Inc., a subsidiary of
Harley-Davidson, Inc.  Zarcone, currently vice president and chief financial
officer of Eaglemark will assume her new responsibilities immediately.  Steven
F. Deli will continue in his current role as chairman and chief executive
officer.
    "We are pleased with the contributions that Eaglemark Financial Services,
Inc. has made to Harley-Davidson's growth," said Jeffrey L. Bleustein,
president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.  "I am
confident that with Donna's leadership and management expertise, Eaglemark
will continue to achieve the goals we have set."
    Zarcone, 40, joined Eaglemark in 1994 as vice president and chief
financial officer, and during the last four years has been instrumental in the
growth and expansion of Harley-Davidson's financial services subsidiary.  Ms.
Zarcone's prior experience includes over 15 years in senior leadership
positions in the finance industry.  Zarcone holds a bachelor's degree in
accounting from Illinois State University and a master's degree in business
administration from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
    Harley-Davidson Motor Company, the only U.S.-based motorcycle
manufacturer, produces heavyweight motorcycles and offers a complete line of
motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel and general merchandise.  Buell
Motorcycle Company produces sports and sport-touring motorcycles.  Eaglemark
Financial Services, Inc. provides wholesale and retail financing, insurance
and credit card programs to Harley-Davidson dealers and customers and similar
programs for other selected products.
