Emerging Company Report: Online Auto Sales and Theme-Oriented Pet Stores
    HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Aug. 14 -- Emerging Company Report, the
nationally syndicated television program which profiles emerging-growth
companies (http://www.emergingcompany.com), features an interview this week
with Bruce Bendell, CEO of Fidelity Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FDHG)
and Ralph Gagliardi, CEO of Funimals Pet Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: FPET).
    Fidelity Holdings, Inc. is in the automobile business, with their
subsidiary, Major Automotive Group, having acquired many New York metro area
auto dealerships, which have soared company revenues past the $100 million
mark. In addition, the company has also developed a novel approach to selling
cars over the Internet, via an online auto auction.  Major Auto is also the
first U.S. dealership to successfully distribute General Motors
vehicles and parts in Russia and Ukraine.
    Fidelity's Computer Business Sciences division has vaulted the company
into the telecommunications and voice/data processing business.
    Funimals Pet Enterprises, Inc. has taken the successful elements of theme-
oriented businesses like Disneyland and Chuck E.  Cheese Pizza and
applied them to the retail pet and supplies industry. Funimals is a theme pet
store concept, wherein the Funimals cartoon characters bring parents, children
and pets together in a fun and educational atmosphere the company has dubbed
"edutainment".  The company's 10,000 square foot original store in
Westchester, PA is being followed by another on September 12th, with the goal
to fully develop the Tri-State area.  The pet industry is a $20 billion
business, with the cost of caring for pets increasing by as much as 15% per
year.
    Other companies being watched on Emerging Company Report

    Tree Brewing Company (VSE: HOP.V) Huge brewing companies like Anheuser
Busch have noticed the trend towards micro-brewed beers and
Tree Brewing Company has experienced success with their European-Style
ales and lagers. The company won three silver medal awards at the World Beer
Championships in Chicago, competing with more than 1,500 breweries worldwide.
    DynaGen, Inc. . The company manufactures, distributes and
markets generic versions of pharmaceuticals after brand name patents of those
drugs expire. The company announced that it has entered into an
agreement with MOVA Laboratories, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
MOVA Pharmaceutical Corp., to manufacture and supply Zotrim(TM), a
branded therapeutic drug developed by DynaGen through its wholly owned
subsidiary, Able Laboratories, Inc.
