Chrysler Announces Finance Appointments

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Aug. 11 -- Chrysler announced
recent personnel changes in its Finance Staff.  The changes were effective
July 1, 1998.
    Joseph A. Chamasrour is appointed Finance Director - International and
Large Car Operations, reporting to Jim Donlon, Vice President and Controller.
Chamasrour was previously Director of Finance - Europe.
    John P. (Pete) Kaucheck is appointed Finance Director - Sales & Marketing,
also reporting to Donlon.  Kaucheck was previously Manager - Quality and
Serviceability Finance.
    Omar Matt is appointed Manager - Quality & Serviceability Finance, also
reporting to Donlon.  Matt was previously Manager - Product Development
Financial Control.
