Winnebago Industries Announces Licensing Agreement With Sun-Lite, Inc.
    FOREST CITY, Iowa, Aug. 11 -- Winnebago Industries, Inc.
, one of the world's largest motor home manufacturers, announced a
new licensing agreement that will further the Company's goal of expanding the
well-known Winnebago brand name beyond traditional motor homes in the RV
category. Sun-Lite, Inc., one of the nation's leading quality producers of
truck campers, has entered into the agreement with Winnebago Industries and
will introduce their new line of Winnebago Truck Campers in August at
Winnebago Industries' annual dealer meeting in Las Vegas, Nev.
    Under the terms of the agreement, Sun-Lite, Inc. will design, manufacture
and market the new line of folding and hard side truck campers. The product
line will be distributed by Sun-Lite, Inc. through RV dealers throughout the
United States and Canada. All production will be done at Sun-Lite, Inc.'s
facilities in Elkhart, Ind.
    Truck Campers provide an affordable and convenient way to experience the
great outdoors. Designed to fit all trucks from mini to full size, each truck
camper features an overhead bed, couch/bed with table and full galley. A
bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is also available on select models.
