Trim Systems, LLC Appoints Dominic Cuzzocrea as New President/COO
    MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 5 -- Trim Systems, LLC today announced that
its board of directors has named Dominic "Don" Cuzzocrea as president and
chief operating officer of the company, replacing John C. Read, who had been
serving as president while a search for the position was underway.  Read has
been named chief executive officer of Trim Systems.
    Cuzzocrea joins Trim Systems from S&S/Superior of Ohio, Inc., a leading
manufacturer of limousines and specialty vehicles, based in Lima, Ohio, where
he was president and chief executive officer since 1991.  Prior to that, he
served as president and chief executive officer of Starcraft Corporation.
Cuzzocrea graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor of science
degree in accounting.
    Commenting on the appointment, Read said, "We are pleased to welcome Don
to Trim Systems.  He has a vast knowledge of vehicle manufacturing systems and
we look forward to benefiting from this expertise."
    Trim Systems is a major manufacturer of interior trim components for the
heavy truck market, supplying parts for Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt and
Volvo.  It is a joint venture between Heavy Duty Holdings (HDH), an affiliate
of Hidden Creek Industries, and American Sunroof Company Inc. (ASC).  Hidden
Creek Industries is a privately held industrial management company based in
Minneapolis, whose other platform companies include tower Automotive, Inc.,
and Dura Automotive Systems., Inc.  Trim Systems' operating headquarters is in
Columbus, Ohio, and its manufacturing facilities are located in Ohio,
Washington, North Carolina and Virginia.
