Thrifty Car Rental Opens at Palm Beach International Airport, Moves to Larger Location at Miami International

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Aug. 5, 1998--With the recent opening of a location at Palm Beach International Airport, 267 Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Thrifty Car Rental has established a presence at each of the major South Florida airports since it reentered the nation's third-largest car rental market in June 1997.
    Following the opening at PBI, Thrifty franchisees Gary A. Stein and Ben K. Rosenbloom will triple the size of their Miami International Airport location when they move to 2875 N.W. LeJeune Rd., Miami on Sept. 15. The branch is currently located at 2390 N.W. 39th Ave.
    Open 24 hours, both Thrifty locations will offer a full line of rental vehicles, specializing in Chrysler products, including minivans and the Sebring convertible.
    Thrifty also offers its Park and Fly program at all three South Florida airports, providing economical parking and free shuttle service to the airport.
