Best of America Corporation Makes Announcement

    BATON ROUGE, La.--Aug. 3, 1998--Best of America Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: BOAC, Cusip No. 0865332108) announced today that on July 28, 1998, The Julian Rish Group, Inc., with headquarters in Baton Rouge, La., purchased a majority interest of Best of America Corporation.
    The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Best of America Car Wash Systems, Inc., operates a car wash in Franklinton, La. and sells car wash equipment and supplies to other car wash facilities.
    The Julian Rish Group, Inc. plans to aggressively pursue acquisitions in order to improve the company's performance.
