Fuelman of Oklahoma Acquires GO! Systems

    OKLAHOMA CITY--Aug. 3, 1998--Fuelman of Oklahoma, a leader in the fleet management and services industry, today announced its acquisition of the GO! Systems fleet management division from Musket Corporation, an affiliate of Love's Country Stores, Inc., based in Oklahoma City.
    The asset purchase supports Fuelman's expansion objectives growing the fleet services provider to over 5000 active fleet customers, in 9 states, producing in excess of 65,000,000 annual fleet gallons through a fueling and maintenance network of over 1200 locations. In addition, Fuelman and Love's Country Stores have agreed to pursue a joint marketing effort to provide added fleet services and access throughout all Love's Country Stores, Inc., convenience stores and interstate travel centers.
    Fuelman of Oklahoma is a division of Fuel Managers, Incorporated. Fuel Managers is a multi-state wholesale marketer of motor fuels and services to the motor fuel retailer and fleet fuel user.
