Laforza Automobiles, Inc. Signs Third Franchise and Dealers Agreement `Palo Alto Area Auto Dealer on Board for 1998'

    SAN DIEGO, July 27 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LFZA) announced today that they have recently signed
another Franchise Agreement for the new, 1998 model Laforza Sport Utility
Vehicle (SUV).
    Under the terms of this Agreement, STANFORD EUROPEAN has secured the
exclusive rights to market the 1998 model Laforza SUV in Northern California.
The Agreement requires that STANFORD EUROPEAN purchase a minimum of two (2)
Laforza automobiles per month during 1998 and to keep at least one (1) vehicle
in their showroom at all times.  Additionally, they have agreed to provide a
$100,000 revolving line of credit to purchase the vehicles.
    STANFORD EUROPEAN is an upscale auto dealership for new Lamborghini's and
high line used cars is located at 3045 Park Blvd.  In Palo Alto, California.
Owner's Herbert & Anthony Jaehnichen have over Thirty (30) years experience in
the marketing, distribution, and servicing of upscale automobiles, like
Laforza.  Laforza's Corporate Sales Manager, Trevor Haywood commented, "We are
proud to have such an outstanding dealership as Stanford European on board
with us, their reputation speaks for itself and they are indicative of the
type of facility that we want carrying the Laforza name.  The Company has
entered into similar agreements with  (3) additional Lamborghini dealers
across the U.S.
    The LAFORZA Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is an upscale, luxurious 4 X 4
automobile whose rolling chassis' are imported directly to the Company from
the Italian manufacturer, Magnum Indusriale.
