Mobil Declares Dividend

    FAIRFAX, Va.--July 24, 1998--Mobil Corp.'s board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of $0.57 a share.
    The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 1998 to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 3, 1998.
