Brake Headquarters, U.S.A., Inc. Announces the Relocation of WAWD Inc. Headquarters and Warehouse
    LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., July 23 -- Brake Headquarters U.S.A.,
Inc., (the "Company"), WAWD, Inc., a subsidiary of Brake
Headquarters U.S.A., Inc., announces the relocation of its corporate
headquarters to Hayward, California.
    The new 49,000 square foot building includes both office and warehouse
space.  The new state-of-the-art warehouse will serve as a distribution center
for customers in the Northwest.
    WAWD, Inc., also has 4 other locations serving the automotive aftermarket
for highline European and Asian vehicles with warehouses located in Los
Angeles, California; Piscataway, New Jersey; Atlanta, Georgia; and Houston,
Texas.
    Mr. Joseph Ende, CEO of Brake Headquarters U.S.A., Inc., states that this
new warehouse should allow the Company to expand into the Northwest and
provide better service to our existing customers.
