To earn this recognition, Gilman successfully implemented a Quality System that has been audited and registered by AQSR International, Inc. of Ann Arbor, Mich. The audit included the requirements of the QS-9000 T&E Equipment Supplement as designed by the Automotive Industry Action Group. "Achieving QS 9000 certification is a major milestone in Gilman's history and in our continued journey to improve quality and achieve total customer satisfaction," said Robert D. Kamphuis, Gilman's Vice President and General Manager. "Earning this recognition on our first attempt is a tribute to the dedication and commitment to quality of the Gilman team." By achieving this milestone, Gilman establishes the industry benchmark for quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. The certification also reinforces Gilman's commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
