    MONTVALE, N.J.--July 22, 1998--AutoInfo, Inc. announced today that its common stock previously listed on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market System under the symbol "AUTOC" will no longer be listed due to the failure to meet the NASDAQ minimum net tangible asset and minimum bid price maintenance requirements. Trading in the common stock may continue on the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "AUTO".
