Echlin Chooses Bank of NY for Master Trust Services

The Bank of New York Selected by Echlin Inc. to Provide Master Trust Services
    NEW YORK, July 9 -- The Bank of New York today announced that
Echlin Inc. has selected the Bank to provide them with Rabbi Trust master
trust services.
    Echlin Inc., headquartered in Branford, Connecticut is a leading producer
of quality automotive parts, with 28,000 employees and more than
140 operations spread over six continents.  Annual sales are $3.5 billion.
