BREED Appoints William G. Koerber Vice President - Airbag & Inflator Division

    LAKELAND, Fla.--July 9, 1998--BREED Technologies, Inc. , a global leader in automotive occupant safety systems, announced today the appointment of automotive industry veteran William G. Koerber to Vice President - Airbag & Inflator Division.
    Koerber joins BREED from Autoliv, Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President - Operations, Autoliv North America.

    Koerber has progressed through positions of increasing management responsibility in the area of operations throughout his twenty-five year career in the automotive industry. Previously, he held key roles at Morton ASP, Chrysler Corporation and Volkswagen of America, including those of Production Control Manager, Process Line Manager and Plant Manager. He has a degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
