Integrated Transportation Network Group Inc. Receives New Trading Symbol - ITNG; The Company Appoints ChaseMellon its New Transfer Agent

    NEW YORK, July 8 -- Integrated Transportation Network Group
Inc. today announced that it has received the new trading
symbol of ITNG from Nasdaq.  The new CUISIP designation is #45814H103.  The
Company reiterated that Dawson Science Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: DWSC),
which no longer has any assets, will be dissolved, and is no longer effecting
transfers of shares on its books.
    Concurrently, the Company announced the engagement of ChaseMellon as its
Transfer Agent.  ChaseMellon is headquartered at 270 Park Avenue in New York
City.
    All of Integrated Transportation Network Group Inc. operations are based
in China.  Its businesses are comprised of three types of transportation
services: automobile rental, taxi and automobile repair.  The Company has
automobile rental locations in five areas in China: Ganzhou, Guangzhou,
Nanchang, Nanjing and Xian, and has taxi operations in Shenzhen, Shimen and
Ganzhou.  The Company also is developing a hotel in a resort town in Hunan
Province, scheduled for opening in early 1999.
