Dana Names Global Gasket Operations Victor Reinz

Dana's Victor Reinz Name Reflects Global Strength in Gasket Manufacturing
    TOLEDO, Ohio, July 7 -- Dana Corporation
announced today that its gasket operations worldwide will be known as Victor
Reinz.
    With this change, the Victor Reinz name used in original equipment and
aftermarket advertising, packaging, and promotion will now be consistent
throughout the company's gasket manufacturing operations.
    Tom Dattilo, Dana vice president for sealing products and distribution,
said, the name change was made to better reflect Dana's global perspective and
take full advantage of the strength of the Victor Reinz(TM) brand name
worldwide.
    "The Victor Reinz name is one of the most respected names in the industry
-- whether in the United States or across the globe.  This move is
representative of the combined synergies of Dana's global sealing operations
and provides a consistent identity for our global customers," he said.  "In
fact, in combination with Plumley powertrain plastic and rubber products, Dana
provides full sealing systems and modules to global customers."
    Dana has 29 sealing operations and five technical centers in 11 countries.
In North America, Victor Reinz is headed by Vice President and General Manager
Keith Wilson.  In Europe, Victor Reinz is led by Vice President and General
Manager Heinz Eilks.  In South America, Victor Reinz is headed by General
Manager Ivan Bulcao.  The Plumley Division is led by General Manager Tom
Dalton.
    Victor Reinz is part of Dana's Engine Components Group.  Dana Engine
