John Bailey & Associates, Inc. Public Relations Selected to Represent 9th Formula International Motor Show-Cairo

    TROY, Mich., July 6 -- John Bailey & Associates, Inc. Public
Relations (JB&A) has been selected to represent the 9th Formula International
Motor Show-Cairo to be held in Cairo, Egypt, November 10-15, 1998.  Thousands
of influential automotive and political leaders from the Middle East and
Africa, and an expected crowd of more than 400,000 people, will attend the
annual show.
    John Bailey & Associates, Inc. Public Relations will be handling exhibit
space reservations for U.S. and Canadian companies at the 9th Formula
International Motor Show-Cairo.  The show is highly popular among exhibitors
and visitors, who gave favorable ratings to last year's show in the areas of
organization, venue, timing, media campaign and new car introductions.
    The Formula International Motor Show-Cairo is sanctioned by the
International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, widely known by its
French acronym OICA.  The OICA is the official sanctioning body for
international motor shows.  This show is one of a few select shows worldwide
that is OICA-sanctioned.  It is the only Egyptian event to receive this
exclusive designation, distinguishing the Cairo show with other OICA shows
such as Frankfurt, Tokyo, Geneva, Paris and Detroit.
    For the first time, the autumn OICA General Assembly Meeting will be held
in Egypt, corresponding with the 9th Formula International Motor Show-Cairo.
Key executives representing car-manufacturing associations in 40 countries
will attend this premier international event.
