ADP Dealer Services Names Mike Martone President

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.--July 6, 1998--The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP), the largest automotive computing services firm in the world, recently announced the appointment of S. Michael Martone to the position of President.
    Martone will continue to have responsibility for ADP's Claims Solutions Group, based in San Ramon, Calif., where he served as President since 1995. He is a corporate officer of ADP Inc., and also serves as a member of the ADP Executive Committee.
    Martone has been with ADP since 1987, and has previously served as Senior Vice President for both ADP's Employer Services and Dealer Services organizations. He came to ADP after a successful 17-year career at Xerox where he held positions of increasing responsibilities in operations, marketing, and sales. Martone also currently serves on the board of Audatex Holding AG of Switzerland.
