Titan Motorcycle Co. Files Form 10SB, Applies To Nasdaq Smallcap
    PHOENIX, June 24 -- Frank Keery, chief executive officer of
Titan Motorcycle Co. of America (OTC Bulletin Board: TMOT), announced today
that the company recently submitted a Form 10SB registration statement with
the Securities and Exchange commission in anticipation of its becoming a fully
reporting company under Section 129(g) of the Exchange Act.  The company is
also applying to the Nasdaq SmallCap.

having met the financial requirements for the Nasdaq SmallCap, we are
especially enthusiastic about the prospect of the company's achieving this new
trading status," said Patrick Keery, president of Titan.  "With a number of

capital markets that SmallCap trading status will afford us," he said.
