Delphi and Lear Extend Discussions 
    DETROIT, June 19 --  Delphi Automotive Systems and Lear
Corporation announced today that they now anticipate completing
Lear's acquisition of Delphi's seating business during the first part of the
third quarter, rather than by the end of the second quarter, as had been
previously announced.
