Top Source Enters Into Agreement to Lease Two OSA Units for Stand-Alone Franchise Prototype

    PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--June 18, 1998--Top Source Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: TPS) announced today it has entered into a long-term lease agreement with a Midwestern operator of auto auctions for two of Top Source's MotorCheck On-Site Oil Analyzers (OSA). The lessor plans to open an oil analysis center to enable auto sellers, auto buyers, auto auction operators, auto dealers, and commercial vehicle fleet managers to instantly determine the content of the engine fluid and thus, determine the condition of the vehicle's engine and transmission. The lessor has indicated interest in expanding this oil analysis retail center into other locations and is using the two-unit test for feasibility analysis.
