Nostalgia Motorcars Inc. to Enter Into Importation and Sales of Automobiles

    LAS VEGAS, June 12 -- Nostalgia Motorcars Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: CRRZ) formerly Arnexan, Inc., intends to import and
certify new Volkswagen classic Beetles for sale and rental in the North
American marketplace.
    The new cars will be known as "Classic Bugs" and are based on the
traditional Beetle style cars.  The cars will be purchased in Mexico and
imported to the U.S for full U.S. DOT (safety) and EPA (emissions)
certification by NMCL.
    The Volkswagen Beetle is the best selling car in history, selling over 21
million cars and has not been available as a new car in the U.S. for almost 20
years.
