the company has officially completed its relocation to their new facilities in
the Trumbull Corporate Park.  The twenty-seven year old publishing company,
and now online Internet classified ad service, joins such prestigious
neighbors such as Chesebrough-Pond's USA, NASDAQ, Pilot Pen, United
Technologies and others in their new and completely renovated
41,000 square foot facility.
    The Bargain News, L.L.C. currently publishes several classified weekly
publications including The Bargain News serving Connecticut, Car Buyer's
Market serving Metro New York Area, Special Interest Vehicles serving the
Northeast, and currently operates the Northeast's most successful Web sites
for classified ads including http://www.bargainnews.com,
http://www.carbuyers.com and several others.
    The company currently reaches almost 200,000 weekly readers of their
printed products and is registering over 1,000,000 hits per week to their
Internet sites.  The rapid growth of the last several years has forced to
company to move into the new facility to accommodate the additional staff and
