Textron Automotive Company Announces Expansion In Kautex Textron North American Business UnitStrategic Formation Strengthens Automotive Segment TROY, Mich., June 4 -- Textron Automotive Company today announced the expansion of their Kautex Textron North American unit through the joining of Kautex Textron, North America (N.A.) with Randall Textron, Troy, Michigan. After the integration of the Randall Textron business, Kautex Textron N.A., headquartered in Windsor, Ontario, Canada will be comprised of four manufacturing sites in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Kautex Textron, headquartered in Bonn, Germany also includes 15 international manufacturing sites in Europe, South America and Asia. "This integration continues our move to support customers worldwide in their fuel delivery system needs while also complimenting our blow-molded functional component business," said Textron Automotive Company Chairman, President and CEO John A. Janitz. "We believe this organization will be a very formidable competitor in the move toward full service, fuel delivery systems to global OEM's." The President of this new business unit will be Jane L. Warner. Ms. Warner has been with Textron Automotive Company as President of Randall Textron since January 1994. Prior, she served in senior management positions with General Motors for over 20 years.
