Dodge to Present Country Star Tim McGraw With Special Harley-Davidson 95th Anniversary Dodge Ram
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., June 4 -- Tim McGraw, one of country
music's hottest singers, will head "home" to Milwaukee to perform on the Dodge
Country Music Stage at the Harley-Davidson 95th Anniversary
Reunion, Saturday, June 13.
All Harley-Davidson Motorcycle enthusiasts consider Milwaukee "home" --
spiritual home to their Harleys. Since 1903, America's greatest motorcycle
legend has been based in this lakefront city.
The 31-year-old McGraw, a Harley rider, will take home a special memory of
his appearance at Harley-Davidson's 95th. Chrysler Corporation's
Dodge Division will present McGraw with new Flame red Ram 1500 Quad cab.
Also on June 13, at the country music stage, Dodge will draw a raffle
ticket for a customized Dodge Ram with a matching trailer and 95th Anniversary
Harley-Davidson Sportster Custom.
These trucks are just part of a $500,000 Dodge Division program to sponsor
the Harley-Davidson 95th Anniversary and benefit the Muscular Dystrophy
Association.
Tim McGraw, who is married to fellow country superstar Faith Hill,
recently released one of the year's most highly anticipated albums:
"Everywhere."
In five years on the country music scene, McGraw has made his mark with
number one hits such as "Indian Outlaw" and "Don't Take the Girl," which
pushed the album "Not A Moment Too Soon" to the best-selling country album of
1994. That same year Billboard named him Best New Artist of the Year. McGraw
has followed success with success launching a string of other number one
singles and earning top honors among the music industry.
McGraw and Hill celebrated the birth of their first child, Gracie
Katherine, in May. Ordinarily, McGraw calls Monroe, La., home, when he's not
spending time in Nashville.
