Universal Ice Blast Announces Joint Venture Letter of Intent With Multi-Million Dollar Detroit CompanyBELLEVUE, Wash., June 4 -- Universal Ice Blast, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UIBI) announced today that it has entered into a letter of understanding with a twenty-year old Detroit service industry group which will acquire a 49% interest in Universal Ice Blast's service company in Toledo, Ohio. UIBI will provide exclusive licenses, marketing and engineering in three states, and staff with an experienced management team specifically targeting key industrial markets in the Midwest and North and South Carolina for this joint venture. Rory Clarke, Chairman of Universal Ice Blast, says, "With key business issues resolved and contracted, the deal should be final within four weeks." Clarke is presently structuring more joint venture proposals in the other Markets.
