Federal-Mogul Announces Additional Organizational Structure For Information Technology
    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 4 -- Fred J. Kerns, vice president,
Information Technology, Federal-Mogul Corporation , announces the
appointment of Mark Bradbury to the position of information technology
director, General Products, effective immediately.
    "With this announcement, we now have in place a senior information
technology leadership team that is committed to the objectives of providing
strong support to the company's operating units and the deployment of common
information technology across the organization," said Kerns.
    Bradbury's responsibilities will include all systems strategic planning,
integration, and support for General Products operating divisions worldwide.
He will report directly to Kerns while maintaining a strong functional
relationship with the executive vice president and staff of General Products.
    Bradbury joined T&N in 1994, and his most recent position was management
information systems controller for the Composites and Camshafts group.  Prior
to joining T&N, Bradbury held a series of information technology positions at
engineering companies including GEC/Plessey Semiconductors and British
Aerospace.
    Bradbury earned a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering
science from Salford University in the United Kingdom.  Bradbury and his
family will be relocating to Michigan in the near future.
    The divisions of General Products include camshafts, chassis products,
friction products, fuel system components, heat transfer products, industrial
products (TBA textiles, Mawson Taylor and Triton plastics), lighting products,
sintered products and systems protection.  The information technology
functions within each of these divisions will continue to report to the
division management teams.  In addition, they will maintain strong functional
relationships with Mark Bradbury to assure overall alignment and coordination
of information technology direction within General Products.
