Muskegon(R) Brand Retained By Dana World Trade On Engine Components Sold in South America
    MUSKEGON, Mich., June 2 -- Dana Corporation's
World Trade Division has announced that it will retain exclusive use of the
Muskegon(R) brand, for engine components sold in South America.   The Muskegon
name is being retired in the domestic market, and being replaced by the
Perfect Circle(R) brand name.
    Suppliers and customers in South America will benefit from the company's
decision to retain the familiar Muskegon name, where it has been prominent for
some time.  In South America, the Muskegon brand has developed into a product
line that is trusted to deliver excellent application coverage and top
quality.  Dana World Trade decided that it would be beneficial to maintain
that presence and identity.
    Muskegon is part of Dana's Engine Components group.  Dana Engine
